Job Description & Responsibility- Assistant Manager, Public Relations

• Assist in monitoring and managing external forums and blogs to implement necessary and effective communications with their members to ensure positive brandengagements.

• Develop and manage customer testimonial program that covers all segments, including the development of a right mix of customer stories/case studies by personas andproduct categories, for promotional purposes and seeding, through liaising with CRM department to identify suitable customers and communicate with them directly 

• nitiate and manage all organic product review opportunities which include sourcing for suitable product items internally, identifying blog media, pitching, delivering items andsecuring coverage proactively.

• Assist !R manager in adapting all !R"related contents for uploads across the organisations# communication platforms including blog and other social media channelsincluding $, %& and '(.

• )ource develop and manage the contents for the organisation#s blog in line with !R direction and wor* closely with !R manager on the content reveal plans

• Assist !R Manager in managing the implementation of content collaboration between !R, Mar*eting and Digital Mar*eting 'eams

• Assist Customer )ervice Department in tac*ling customer problems with effective communications in line with !R direction

Manage the distribution of media materials, both print and electronic including season gifts, product samples, greeting cards, etc.

• Manage logistics for the organisation#s media and corporate events including exhibitions, open days and press tours.

• Devise and coordinate photo sessions for corporate and media events

• +iaise with news monitoring agency to support daily news monitoring in*ling online news, collate and analyse media outreach which include competitors# news monitoringand any underta*ing of mar*et research

• !lan and manage budget for all promotion" and mar*eting" related activities for the organisation#s blog, customer testimonial programs and forum engagements.

• Respond to reuests for information about on"going activities, or (! status arises from internal sta*eholders and team members
