Conventions In our film? (Tick)
Dramas are serious, plot-driven presentations, portraying realistic characters, settings, life situations, and stories involving
intense character development and interaction.
Melodramatic plots with heart-tugging, emotional plots (requiring multiple hankies) usually emphasize sensational situations or
crises of human emotion, failed romance or friendship, strained familial situations, tragedy, illness, neuroses, or emotional and
physical hardship within everyday life.
