Rainha Santa

• The Feast is known as the greatest veneration of the city to its patron saint who is known for her great sympathy for the poor and excluded.

• It is held every 2 years in July.

• The high point is the two religious processions, when the statue of the saint is carried across the bridge to the GraçaChurch, returning on the following Sunday to Santa Clara-a-Nova.
