minds. Joen-

suu, being a marvelousphotogenic location, it

was obvious that number

of pictures from Nature

outnumbered pictures from

other categories while

selecting. The late win-

ter offered bright sunny

days and northern lights

cloomed in night time. Nice

phenomenas to testify withthe camera.

Joensuu Mul-ticultural PhotographyClub (hosted by JoMoni)

is an amateur photographyworkshops/club in Joen-

suu. Here we share our

knowledge and skills, learn

from others and have fun

while practicing photog-

raphy. The goal of club is

to improve and strengthen

communication among

people from differentbackgrounds and culture.

Improving understanding

in-between is challenging,

but we believe that photo-

graphic art speaks its lan-

guage of its own to bring

people together. The club is

for everyone who is inter-

ested in learning and shar-

ing techniques, knowledgeand related to photography.

The club does its regu-

lar meetings weekly on

monday evenings from

5 to 7 pm. Each sessions

are dedicated to topics of

photography. Now and then

we also ask visitors and

professional photographerto come and give us some

presentation on special

topic that the specialize in.
