ORDINANCE 160 - C

A candidate found commiting mis-counduct as defined in

Ordiance 160-A-II ( i, ii & v ) shall not be expelled from the

examination by the Senior Supervisor for the remaining Paper if

any of that examination.

Further, if the same candidate is found comitting the same mis-

conduct in remaining paper after committing mis-conduct as

defiend in Ordinance 160-A-II (i, ii & v), Ordinance 160-B shall

apply.
