Jill is the founder of Providence Family Offices, LLC. With 20 years of experience as an estate planning and trust attorney, corporate trust officer and private bank trust company executive, she is well versed in all aspects of the Family Trust Company from formation through day-to-day administrative issues.

In 2008, she left US Trust to start Providence Family Offices, LLC and has been working with families helping manage and administer their Family Trust Companies since then. She uses her estate planning and corporate expertise to guide families, individuals and existing advisors through the maze of banking, regulatory, tax, and estate planning aspects of creating and managing a family trust company.

As one of the few attorneys with Family Trust Company experience, Jill was asked to participate in a subcommittee for the Florida Bar Association’s RPPTL Section that was drafting Family Trust Company legislation for the State of Florida. The legislation was passed in 2014.
