Philosophy of Education

Every student has the right and ability to learn. Students come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of experiences and cultures. Thus, the importance for educators to create lessons and units that are relevant and rigorous to engage learning. Ongoing assessments are giving students continuous feedback to improve their skills and success. Literacy is authentic and achievable at high levels through guaranteed and viable curriculum. Educators are continuously reflecting on students successes and weaknesses. There are opportunities for educators in professional development to meet the specific needs and provide them with the tools to improve instruction, assessments, find their perfect craft, and to provide the best learning environments for students. Multiple stakeholders are involved in the process for improving student achievement in the best and most engaging way for students.
