    Lead the team for continuous mobilization of target groups (youth of18-35 yrs) for achieving required enrolments for first batch and forsubsequent batches

    Counselling of prospective program beneficiaries and parents

    Registration and Admission of the candidates

    Ensure Batch Launch & Batch Freeze

    Overall management of training in coordination with State Head andProject Lead.

    Continuous counselling, mentoring and motivation of students andtheir families towards the mainstream and jobs.

    Ensure proper training program, timetables.

    Ensure program assessments and evaluation of the training.

    Ensure continuous monitoring of the training and feedback. Ensure Train the Trainer should be conducted.

    Constant liaisoning to be maintained with the members of govt.bodies for review at the district level and suggestion received fromthem must be communicated to GM-Ops and CEO.

    Liaison and placement tie-ups with industry, placement agencies Overall coordination for Placement of Trainees and tracking them.

    Ensure 100% placement of the Students.

    Ensure students data should be uploaded, completed and forwardedto the HO for the records and maintenance (for the records of theGovt. and Premier Shield).

    Adherence to laid out Budgets.

    Ensure proper balance information of ledger accounts.

    Keep proper maintenance of the training areas, classrooms andhostel as per the Govt norms and for inspection.

    Maintain continuous supply chain for food and other allowance fromadmin.

    Ensure proper inter function and intra function of reconciliation.

    Keep a check on maximum profitability.

    Ensure optimum/multiple utilization of resources available.

    Utilized innovative methods to control the Costs.
