JD of Relationship ManagerJob Title: Relationship Manager Branch Banking Department: Retail Liabilities Reporting Relationship: Branch Manager Job Role ? Develops new and expands existing Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category B /C customers. ? Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel. ? Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped. ? Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. ? Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. ? Responsible for retention of customers ? Upgrades Customers/Groups to higher programs (PRIMA & above) on regular basis ? Comply with all Rules& Regulations, Processes as laid by organization & RBI
