If Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor do not register by July 30th, they can not be listed for buyer and seller on the fair day.If Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor do not register in advance, they can not be admitted into the area.The badge certification (e-mail) will be sent to exhibitor and co-exhibitor which are registered by middle of September.Ad i t t ith li t i f t d di i i (15 00 18 00)Advance appointment with list is free trade discussion session (15:00-18:00).Arrangement appointments by sellers (12:40-15:00) has a rule that seller can not make appointment in advance.Performance or presentation with amusement attractions and sounds by speakerPerformance or presentation with amusement attractions and sounds by speaker on the booth should be prohibited during the period of 12:40-18:00.Please manage to operate the booth as usual since many travel trade people are expected on the dayexpected on the day. If interpreter needed, please arrange by your group or company.
