Wow what a start to 2015 we have had, with sales remaining strong

for the entire quarter and strong demand coming from local buyers,

along with mainland buyers showcasing that buyer’s confidence

has returned to the Tasmanian marketplace.

4one4 are excited because current market trends show to us that the

market is moving from a neutral market place into a sellers market

place, which for well-presented homes equals strong competition

along with short days on market.

Stock has started to ease to 857 properties currently for sale within

the Northern Suburbs of Hobart meaning that if you have been

thinking of selling then this Autumn could be the perfect time to

make the move with buyer confidence at an all time high due to

low interest rates and the first home buyers schemes helping the

property market remain strong.
