With a focus on flavor and healthy options, Mazopiya incorporates natural, organic and

local food into its menu – even sourcing products from our own Community

down the road. Wozupi, our tribal garden, produces fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey, and

maple syrup, which end up in our recipes whenever possible. Mazopiya also offers purified water from our state-of-the-art Water Bottling facility, with water from

local springs. We offer a deli, smoothie bar, soup and salad bar, and hands-on classes.

Mazopiya, which means “a place where things are bought” in the Dakota language, encompasses the SMSC’s focus on being a good employer, good steward of the Earth,

and a good neighbor.
