On the first 2 pages of our bulletin, you’ll find our
Highlight of the Week and information about Worship and
Sacraments at St. Vincent de Paul. The Highlight is a featured
space to give more details about a particular ministry or event.
In the Worship & Sacraments section, we introduce the
readings for the upcoming week and include articles about the
various Sacraments celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul.
The Seven Sacraments are the outward signs instituted by
Christ to give grace to us, and therefore are vital to the life of
our parish. These pages also include a calendar of parish
events for the upcoming week.
Please pray for this couple who will be
married in the coming month:

I love our school cafeteria. It’s one place
where it’s acceptable to drink milk straight
from the carton. This week we will all raise
our cartons together to make a toast in
celebration of Catholic Schools Week.
As part of the week-long celebration, our students will
participate in dress-up days. One day the students will
come to school in “patriotic” clothing. Another day will be
“Sunday best” day. On the first day the students are invited to
come to school in “camouflage” clothes. That’s quite clever.
When the teacher says, “Hey, I didn’t see you in class today,”
the student can respond, “Thank you very much!”
Catholic Schools Week reminds us that we’ve got Spirit,
yes we do. It’s the Holy Spirit of God – creating, loving,
illuminating, serving, healing, giving, and raising us up in
holiness. Thank you to our parents, teachers, catechists, and all
of you for the love and Catholic formation that you pour
into another generation of Jesus’ lights in the world.
In the Parish Staff & Administration section of our bulletin,
you can read about administrative updates for the Parish,
as well as announcements about our staff,
finances, & facilities.

St. Vincent’s will be participating in a
parish-wide survey! Please Read! We will soon be participating in a parish
survey about discipleship conducted by
the Catholic Leadership Institute as part
of the Archdiocesan Synod Process!
We need your help – please
watch next weekend’s bulletin
for a link to participate in a
10-15 minute survey online.
The survey can be accessed via smartphone, tablet or computer
from February 1 – March 1 and will ask you to reflect on your
own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback
on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.
All responses will be confidential and the parish will only
receive information about the community as whole.
We are trying to get the highest response rate possible.
This information will be valuable to Archbishop Hebda,
Father Zehren and our parish as we plan for the future and
strive to be the best disciples we can be. We will receive the
results this spring, at which time we will share what we have
learned. If you don’t use a smartphone, tablet or computer -
there will be opportunities to complete the survey after
daily and Sunday Mass. You can also obtain a paper copy
by contacting Jennifer Kuzma at 763-425-2210.
Thank you for helping with this important project!

No Greater Love: A Biblical Walk Through Christ’s Passion
We often hear about Jesus’ passion and death, but imagine experiencing them for the first time. This five week DVD Bible
Study by Dr. Edward Sri will take us step-by-step with Jesus on his journey from his agony in the garden to his crucifixion.
Along the way, we will unpack the biblical background to these events, the prophecies, and most especially, the ways Jesus is
inviting us to walk more closely with him today. This study will meet for five Mondays starting on March 2
from 12:15—1:45 PM or 7—8:30 PM. $10/person. Sign up after Masses on Feb. 8 and 9 or at the Parish Office
