Aerobic Group Exercise Class Descriptions
All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.Please do not set up Spin bikes or other equipment more than 15 minutes prior to class.* This class requires you to be on time. For your safety, you will not be permitted to participate in Yoga or Pilates if more than 5 minutes late to class.$$: Payment and pre-registration required.
R.I.P. (Reps – Integration – Power)RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional movement and strength training for both men and women alike. Every muscle movement (exercise plane) is challenged during this motivating exercise format.
Jiu-jitsuA self defense and martial arts oriented class which emphasizes techniques

Instructor’s ChoiceThis class incorporates a wide variety of aerobic and strength training activities. The instructor will choose from the following formats: R.I.P., 20/20/20, Tabata, Circuit, or Box-N-Kick.
Circuit Strength A circuit class with a combination of athletic and dynamic movements. This total body workout contains an aerobic workout with elements of muscular endurance. All �tness levels welcome as you can work at your own pace.
Healthy Heart (Cardiac Rehab Phase III)
Cycle/ Core Cycling class that includes a cardiovascular and endurance segment ending with core training.
Box/ Barre This class fuses a Box and Kick cardiovascular segment with Barre exercises.
Think Fit This senior circuit class will include group functional exercises that will incorporate �exibility, stamina, balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. All �tness levels are welcome.
Tai Chi & Tai Chi Basics
Pilates Mat*Mat class emphasizing Pilates principals and exercise. Class pace and exercise accommodates more advanced abilities. Props may be used to enhance the workout.
Osteo-Pilates*Improve strength, balance and �exibility by coordination of breath and movement. Aides in prevention of osteoporosis. Good for beginners to intermediate levels. Safe for those with osteoporosis.
Plyojam Plyojam is an innovative dance �tness format that provides the intensity level comparable to that of an insanity workout but remains the fun, hip hop dance class that you crave.
Barre Above This format fuses the best of pilates, yoga, aerobic and elements of strengthening exercises that dancers utilize.
A1Care - Live Well with Diabetes (Referral Class) Exercise Physiology or Doctor’s referral is required. A pre- and post-exercise blood glucose reading will be taken. Participants exercise independently while being supervised.
Beginning Yoga This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-level class, and is focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundation poses. All levels are welcome.
SilverSneakers Classic (Formerly Sit-N-Be Fit)Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modi�ed depending on �tness levels.
Aging Actively A beginning exercise program designed for those with physical limitations or low conditioning. Exercises will focus on improving balance, strength and endurance.
