IntroductionIntroductionITrsquoS ON 2020 the year of nurse and midwifery Already 3 weeks going onand in this stage we are overwhelmed with request to participate in a variety ofhealth programs and in return we have invited healthcare organizationsnetworks and allied organizations to engage with our activities In thisnewsletter we update on the current status of activities and on those in thepipeline some very soon to come up others before the summer and towardsthe end of 2020 and much of them will have a long term character the year ofthe nurses will give a boost fr the years to come

We are convinced that in nursing training education and professional development

The process of the guide in on track and itrsquos going to be launched 28 April afternoonin the heart of Brussels with a special mini congress with official presentation to ahigh ranking official The full draft is close to ready and in the stage of finalizing wehave an organisation taking care of the lay out and a printing company After thelaunch of the first edition it can also be uploaded from the ESNO website

While the subject is rapid gaining attention the Focus group is already working on asecond edition later this year but we will include aspects of the Corona Virus butalready touched in this first edition
