Dave Howells, A Portrait of Diversity, 2019 Calendar photographer.
DaveHowellsPhotographerDave was born in the UK, but has spent three quarters of his life living somewhere else. He’s called Newfoundland and Labrador home since 2011, and as a lifelong photographer, he adores the province’s amazing light. He also values the fact that the art of conversation has not been lost here, though he says having a British accent makes you appear smarter than you are. Fun fact: Dave is a ‘pluviophile’, or ‘lover of rain’. Little wonder he feels so at home in NL!
