Jig Grind: Requires experience with Manual, NC, and CNC jig grinding utilizing Moore Jig Grinders, grind-ing tool steels and carbide; programming in Gibbs. Also necessary is tool-making experience utilizing ap-propriate tools and gauges.

ID/OD Grinder: Requires a high school diploma and ID/OD Grinder experience. Studer / Kellinberger ex-perience preferred.

RAM EDM Operator: Requires a high school diploma, 5-10 years’ experience as a RAM EDM operator. Prefer experience with Makino or Mitsubishi.

Wire EDM: Requires ability to set-up and run tight-tolerance components and follow detailed work instruc-tions for first-article and in-process inspection with a low-volume, high-variation mixture of work.
