• Establishing new shipment workflows

Carrier Training

• Manhattan will provide Carrier Training

• Wegmans has given Manhattan Wegmans specific materials for:

– Invoicing

– Accessorial Charges

– Spot charges and Accessorials

– Tracking Message / Check Calls

– Reviewing Tenders and Offers

Carrier Delivery Carriers must systematically deliver their loads to be paid.

Automated Invoicing Carrier Delivered Message Initiates invoicing process. Process is: 1. Physically deliver the product2. Work with the planner on any adjustments and be

certain the right rate is in the system3. Deliver the load in the system.

Invoice will generate 5 calendar days after delivery end date/delivery messageNo change in payment terms

• Process begins when carrier delivers shipment

• Carrier will NOT need to send paper invoices or invoice through web portal

• Carrier will have 5 CALENDAR DAYS from delivery date to view shipment for accuracy

• Base Amount

• Accessorial Charges

• Planner MUST approve and Re-Rate ALL revisions (Typically accessorial charges for lumping or detention at Wegmans)

• Carrier is responsible for ensuring these changes are made on the shipment

• Carrier can create filters to easily view and reconcile invoices

• Shipment number will be presented with payment in lieu of invoice

• You will have a check number and shipment ID to reference in the new system

No changes will be made after the five calendar day period
