Come in for the unique ambiance and comfort and you will return again and again for the impeccable service! Since Lori Ford, and her father, John Chiles purchased the Hotel in May of 2011, they have made customer service a priority. “My father doesn’t know a stranger” says Ford, “we both enjoy making the guests feel at home and comfortable.” While the furnishings may be of the period, there are many modern amenities to accommodate the modern traveler. The Hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, cable TV, wireless internet, private baths in each room, a conference room, elegant parlor and secluded outside deck area. “Lori and John are a pleasure to work with and are genuine– that comes across to the guests”, says Teresa McAnerney of Northeast Kansas Enterprise Facilitation.
