Diana Huckaby (Costume Designer)has been designing costumes for numer-ous years in Austin. Austin Playhousecostume credits include The Turn of theScrew, Age of Arousal, Amadeus, AFunny...Forum, Stones in His Pockets,Don Y Dress for Dinner, Women WhoSteal, The Threepenny Opera, SteelMagnolias, House and Garden, The NightHank Williams Died, The Kingfish, AnIdeal Husband and Afterplay. She is alsothe founder and President of The VioletCrown Players. VCP costume and stagecredits include A Little Night Music(Austin Critics Table nomination), Guys& Dolls, HMS Pinafore, Dracula: AMusical Nightmare, Tintypes, A CloserWalk with Patsy Cline and more.Additionally, Diana has performed innumerous Gilbert & Sullivan operettasand has performed ountless choral mas-terworks. By day, she is a non-profit

accounting/fundraising software supportsupervisor for Sage Software.

The Gunn Brothers (SoundDesigners) Gordon and Jimy have beenrecognized many times over with B. IdenPayne and Critics' Table awards and nom-inations. They have worked with most ofthe theatres in Austin, they were thesound designers in residence at CapitalCity Playhouse for the majority of its run,and they worked on some 20 shows at theState Theatre. Previous shows withAustin Playhouse include The Trip toBountiful, The 39 Steps, Misalliance, TheMousetrap, Frost/Nixon, A Flea in HerEar, Dancing at Lughnasa, It s aWonderful Life, Sylvia, Dug Up,Amadeus, Speed the Plow, Blithe Spirit,Women Who Steal, Moonlight andMagnolias, Steel Magnolias, TheKingfish, The Night Hank Williams Died,The Man Who Came to Dinner, TheMerry Wives of Windsor, Copenhagen,The Seagull, Blues in the Night, andArcadia.

Don Day (Lighting Designer) has beendesigning professionally for over 30years winning both Austin Circle ofTheatre and Austin Critics' Table awardsfor his work. Jessica Colley-Mitchell (Set Designer)recently designed the sets for AustinPlayhouse's productions of Picasso at theLapin Agile, Misalliance, The Mousetrapand A Flea in Her Ear. She is a 2008graduate of Southwestern University,where she focused on set and costumedesign. Recent credits include SubUrbia,The House of Bernarda Alba (assistantdesigner), and Dido and Aeneas atSouthwestern, as well as scenic artist forthe 2007 Zilker Summer Musical, MyFavorite Year. Costume credits includework for the Lone Star Lyric Opera inHouston, The Rocky Horror Picture Show(cutter/draper) and Seussical: TheMusical, both at Southwestern. She hasalso worked on costumes for CaucasianChalk Circle, Annie Get Your Gun, andThe Waiting Room for the 2008-2009 sea-son at Pflugerville High School.

Rachel Dendy (Properties Designer)is a member of the Austin PlayhouseActing Company. She has appeared inAustin Playhouse productions of The Tripto Bountiful, Frost/Nixon, It s aWonderful Life, Blithe Spirit, Inherit theWind, and The Best Little Whorehouse inTexas. Bernadette Nason (Miss Prism) WithAustin Playhouse: A Christmas Carol,Misalliance. Sylvia. A Funny ThingHappened on the Way to the Forum.Blithe Spirit. The Threepenny Opera.Steel Magnolias. The Odd Couple. AnIdeal Husband, The Underpants, TheMerry Wives of Windsor and The Manwho came to Dinner. Other favorite pro-ductions include: Melancholy Play, TheCherry Orchard, Hay Fever, The Rivals,The Winter's Tale, Twelfth Night, andShirley Valentine. She has received mul-tiple nominations and awards from ACoTand the Austin Critics Table including the2007 Critics' Table Special Citation, "TheJohn Bustin Award for ConspicuousVersatility." Nason is a proud companymember of Austin Playhouse, OnstageTheatre Co. and Pollyanna Theatre Co.By day, she is a professional touring sto-ryteller (www.bernadettenason.com)recently appearing at the NationalStorytelling Festival's Exchange Place inJonesborough, TN.

Jason Newman (Algernon) hasappeared in the Austin Playhouse produc-tions of Picasso at the Lapin Agile, andMisalliance. He graduated from S1,Edward's University, where he performed

at Mary Moody Northen Theatre in rolesincluding Chris in All My Sons, and Docin Tracers. Since then he has stayed busyin Austin Theatre with parts such as

. Rockabilly Boy in Salvage VanguardTheatre's AmericaMisift, and Mike inTongue and Groove Theatre's BombShelter. He's also performed at the LosAngeles Comedy Festival and SanFrancisco Sketch Fest with his sketchcomedy group, The Three Actorteers.

Midsummer Night's Dream and Lancasterin Richard III, and for two years at theState Theater he performed in AChristmas Carol. At UT Austin, he per-formed in the world premiere of RobertSchenkkan's The Marriage of MissHollywood and King Neptune, and at hisown university, Rick played Alfie Byrnein the musical A Man 0 'No Importance.For the past two years Rick has been act-ing and directing at the Rhodopi DramaTheatre in Smolyan, Bulgaria as part ofthe Rhodopi International TheatreLaboratory where he performed in anoriginal play The Virgin and the Unicornas well as Aristophanes' The Birds. Whileat the laboratory, he co-wrote, developedand directed a Theatre For YoungAudience production called ExtremelyImportant Stories or The Truth AboutSpiders. Last fall Rick directed the allBulgarian premiere production ofDurang. Durang at the Rhodopi DramaTheatre.

Corley Pillsbury (Cecily) has appearedin past Playhouse productions of JacquesBrel...Paris, A Funny Thing...Forum, TheThreepenny Opera. The Best LittleWhorehouse.... and The Mystery of EdwinDrood. Michael Stuart (Rev. Chasuble) is amember of the Austin Playhouse ActingCompany. Austin Playhouse productionsinclude Educating Rita, The 39 Steps,Misalliance. The Mousetrap,Frost/Nixon. Rick Roemer (Lady Bracknell) is cur-rently a professor of theatre at theSarofim School of Fine Arts atSouthwestern University in Georgetown.Rick has directed many productions at SUincluding Godspell, The Cherry Orchard,Dames At Sea. Cabaret, Le BourgeoisAvant-Garde, The Glass Menagerie,Company. The Rocky Horror Show andUrinetown. Rick received his Ph.D. inTheatre History, Theory & Criticism fromUCLA.
