Full removal of Janice FPU, risers, flowlines, umbilicals, control jumpers and spool

pieces.

Complete removal of James pipeline

and umbilical.

Oil, Gas and Affleck Pipelines to be

remain in situ with rock dump at ends.

Commencement of approx 400 days P&A campaign :

Janice – 13 Wells

James – 2 Wells

Affleck – 2 Wells (TBC)

Contracting Strategy

• As an E&P Operator Maersk Oil’s primary focus is not decommissioning

• Maersk Oil relied on its strength as a Project Integrator to optimise the supply chain in support of the delivery of the decommissioning programme and Project Activities .

• Existing frame agreements used as far as possible

• Financial stability of suppliers a focus area
