HSBC BANK CANADAThe HSBC Canada Building is a 23-storey office tower.One of the famous bank service

Granville Square is a prominent tower located at 200 Granville Street.It stands at 142 m or 30 storeys high, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city.

THE VANCOUVER CONVENTION CENTRE

It is one of Canada's largest convention centres.it now has 466,500ft (43,340m) of meeting space.PACIFIC CENTRE

Pacific Centre is a shopping mall located in VancouverThe mall is connected to The Bay department store, Vancouver Centre Mall, two SkyTrain transit station.

As city is in grid iron plan site is surrounded by 4 junctions.

Which create a busy street environment before the building.

Site is nearby to a coal harbour , seaport and bus terminals.Trading ,transporation,is easy approach to site through harbour and other services.

Combining the restoration of heritage buildings

with new construction.Integrate the lower level offices and shops with the existing streetscape to reinvigorate the downtown neighborhood. Fusing old and new, the site connects the citys financial center with its emerging creative hub.Designed by FOSTER & PARTNERS, the JAMESON HOUSE is a new 35 storey mixed use tower in the heart of Vancouver.

The development comprises eleven storeys of offices and shops, topped by twenty-three storeys of apartments.The towers form articulates these different functions: the first two storeys continue the row of shop units at street level.

Contrasting with the flush facade of the offices,

the residential floors curve outwards in four

wide bays.

At the top of the tower are two-storey pent house apartments and landscaped roof terraces.

The entire internal double-height volume of the A-listed Ceperley Rounsfell Building has been returned to its original configuration

The facade of the B-listed Royal Financial Building has been retained.
