The Jamboree team will be selling off some of the equipment used by the participants and staff at the 2013 National Jamboree. To help your Council plan for these purchases and to give you several options for even greater savings, we are starting to take pre-orders NOW.

General Notes: • Used items currently planned to be sold after the Jamboree are included in this flyer. Additional items could be added in the future. Any additional items added or other changes to equipment being sold will be communicated to Councils. • All equipment being sold is owned by the Jamboree and will either be picked up by the purchaser at the end of the Jamboree (you save shipping costs) or will be shipped directly to you from the Jamboree site (with additional shipping charges). • Unit purchases being shipped may be subject to state sales tax. • If possible, Councils are encouraged to plan and to pick-up purchases after the Jamboree to save shipping costs. • Arrangements are being made for equipment to be staged for Councils that intend to pick up their equipment purchases after the Jamboree. • All equipment is being sold as complete, but in AS-IS condition. Equipment that is not picked up by your council after the Jamboree will be verified to be complete and then shipped from the Jamboree site, with the exception of bikes, which are being reconditioned by the supplier and shipped from their facility. • All sales of used equipment from the Jamboree are FINAL – No Returns will be accepted. If there are any missing or damaged pieces, the Jamboree Group will correct these issues. • For Councils planning on purchasing the troop equipment actually used by their contingent, we will have a process to facilitate this request. • All sales prior to the Jamboree can ONLY be processed by Supply Group Customer Service by calling: 1-800-323-0732, or emailing order form to Camporders@scouting.org Subject line: Jamboree Presale Equipment • The Supply Group, while processing the orders and billings for the Jamboree Resale Gear, is only serving as a financial medium for the Jamboree Group. Since no sales credit (retail or wholesale) is booked by Supply Group, no rent will be paid on Jamboree Resale Purchases to Councils that have National Scout Shops. • The purchasing relationship remains between the Council and the Jamboree Group, not Supply Group.
