The Major Service Change policy governs when The T is required to conduct equity analysis of effects of potential service changes and hold a public hearing
A Major Service Change is defined as: The establishment of a new transit route
An increase or decrease of 25% or more of the number of transit route miles of a transit route for any given day.

populations will experience 20% more of the cumulative impact due to service change.
Or if low-income populations will experience 20% more of the cumulative burden, relative to the non-minority or non-low-income populations.

◦ Every 30 minutes◦ Last bus 7:43pm

◦ Turn around at 820 to help with On-time performance
◦ Stops north of Loop 820 not served on Saturday
