I always believe in playing jackal vocal sounds with food to create realism, but if you are in good cat areas try this to call

both predators, chance it just using food.

Play a scenario as follows, begin with the caller as far into the wind as possible, play distressed sound. DON’T put callers to far

from you for the cats, it is important or you won’t see the reflection of eyes. NOTE this distance of the 3 calls, it is closer

than the jackal hunts. Jackal hunts are 50-70-80m.

Let the call into the wind play distressed rabbit for 5 seconds, put it off a minute, then gooi again, wait half minute and then

play the same sound on the call on your left, {remember to have the same sound on all 3 callers}

Then play that once or twice and swop to the other caller, this sounds like the rabbit is moving around.

If you see an animal approaching you can select what call to

play to bring it in the correct direction to give you a better shot
