Zoning Solutions

Dropper Adaptor & Flashing Design

Eight easy steps. Save time. Save money.

Step 1.

Attach the Mulitchute to the bottom

of the fl ashing using 3 or 4 tech screws

per side. Finish off by running silver foil

tape to seal the Multichute to

the Superseal fl ashing.

Step 2.

Pack the opening with timber

off cuts if the distance between

trusses exceeds 550mm.

Step 3.

Install the fl ashing in the hole. For tile

roofs ensure that the fl ashing is clear

of the tile batons. For metal roofs, slide

fl ashing underneath the top.

Step 4.

Ensure fl ashing is square with the

roof tiles/roof line and loosely

install one screw per side to hold

the fl ashing in place.

Step 5.

Place the dropper adaptor on the

fl ashing. Place a level on the angle

top and tilt the dropper adaptor

until it is level. Screw in the

Superseal dropper adaptor.

Step 6.

Screw in the Superseal fl ashing.

Step 7.

Trim the end of the fl ashing

(if required).

Step 8.

Fix and tape the fl exible duct to the

Multichute. It is recommended that

joiners are used . Takes only 20 minutes to install

The snug fi tting top and bottom ‘rubber’ cups

ensure acoustic isolation and incorporate

a non-skid pattern. Steel inserts, which fi t

into the underside of the rubber cups,

are supplied for all except the D20 and

D30 spring mounts.

Vibration Products

The levelling spring mount provides

approximately 35mm of height adjustment.

They have a ‘rubber’ bottom sup with metal

insert, and a steel top cup with M10 bolt with

adjustment nuts and washers fi tted.

Spring hangers are suitable for use with

threaded rods up to 12mm in diameter,

and have a ‘rubber’ top cup with metal

insert, and a steel bottom cup. They are

used inverted in a spring hanger box.

Robustly constructed from steel and

powdercoated (Spring mount not included).

Mounted in oil-resistant neoprene.

Zinc Plated screws and washers fi tted.

Non-Skid base-fi xing to base not

normally required.

Corrosion free – metal parts are embedded

in Neoprene. Unladen height 37mm.
