Ever wondered how to fill out a scorecard during a baseball game? Do you want to know the difference between the American League and the National League? Learn all about the game of baseball from a surprise special guest, hosted by the voice of the Rangers, Chuck Morgan. Afterwards, use your Jr. Rangers scorecard to practice your new skills while watching the Texas Rangers take on the Toronto Blue Jays. Space is

limited. For more information and to reserve your spot, email jrrangers@texasrangers.com or call 817-273-5287. Attendance includes a Jr. Rangers scorecard. Following the game, stick around for the Toby Mac post-game concert, presented by Buckner International. Attendees may enter through the Cholula All You Can Eat Seats entrance on Randol Mill Road. Jr. Rangers Club members must have their VIP Membership Pass.

Ten Jr. Rangers will be randomly selected to join the Texas Rangers game day staff during pre-game activities. Potential positions include joining the Six Shooters during their T-Shirt toss, working

alongside the crew in the control room, and helping Chuck Morgan with PA announcements! Winners will be contacted by the Texas Rangers promotions department with more information.

The Texas Rangers ended the month of April at the top of the A.L. West Division with a 14-10 record after we faced the Houston Astros and New York Yankees.

The Rangers started the 2016 Lone Star Series on April 19 and completed a sweep of Texas rivals, the Houston Astros. The Rangers will face the Astros again in Houston on May 20, and we continue the fight for the Silver Boot!

Rangers Rookie, Nomar Mazara, earned American League Rookie of the Month honors for April. After being promoted from Triple-A Round Rock on April 10, Mazara hit .333 with two home runs, two doubles and seven RBIs in his first 17 career games. Mazara posted the highest on-base percentage among rookies, and finished second among A.L. rookies in average, hits, and runs.

Prince Fielder hit another big record during the game against the Los Angeles Angels on April 30, hitting is 1,000th RBI. Prince joins his dad, Cecil Fielder, to become the second father/son duo to reach 1,000 RBI. The other is Barry and Bobby Bonds. Fielder is the 13th active player with 1,000 RBIs and 281st all-time.
