Analysis of water, purification of water and determining the contamination rate of water (suspended particles).
Conductivity, alkalinity and pH of water. Titration, Separation of components of substances using
classical column chromatography. Properly use Spec 20 to determine the absorbance
spectrum and determine the concentration of a substance.
Properly choose and use volumetric glassware, in particular, burets, volumetric pipets and volumetric flasks.
Select and use appropriate top-loading and analytical balances, as well as melting point,boiling point apparatus, refractometer and vacuum filtration.
Identify possible experimental errors in laboratory endeavors.
