1. Important achievements and performance:

1.1 Average ineffective percentage of coaches in the current month has been 0.34% as compared to 0.73% in the same month of previous year. Thus the improvement has been 53 % . Also , there has been an achievement of 86% w.r.t. the target of 2.5% . 1.2 Average ineffective percentage of wagons in the current month has been 0.28% as compared to

0.67% in the same month of previous year . Thus the improvement has been 58%. Also, there has been an achievement of 80 % w.r.t. the target of 1.4% . 1.3 There is no overdue IOH or POH coaching stock available in SEE division . 38 coaches were given IOH schedule & 15 coaches were given POH schedule in April’2012. 1.4 43 Premium rakes of BCN wagons were intensively examined at NRPA depot in the current month of April’2012 . 1.5 23 Premium rakes of BTPN wagons were intensively examined at GHZ depot in the current month of April’2012 . 1.6 Coach detachment/Failure on territorial basis during the current month has been Zero.
