This is a partial listing of the projects that Brian Iverson developed and sold out.The following is a brief snapshot in ariel views of some of those projects.
Close up of the meandering streets and stepped back houses allowing for less street to maintain without asking for more density.
Someplace in Lent Township, there is another plat of all wooded lots, but can’t remember where that one is.
Lent Lake I think. This is a sewered development with all E1 pumps in every house to push the sewer back to the city 1.5 miles away. Installed a community well for about 50 homes.
No Name plat. Saved all the trees as possible. Interesting to me that some people clear cut all the trees to have more yard to mow ;)
Juniper Hills. Beautiful development between two lakes. Had to move and save all the trees as possible. 12” in diameter and 24’ tall. Didn’t lose a one and had to water them every day as we were in a draught.
Whisper Ridge. Fun project bordering the railroad tracks. I named the development after a dog I had at the time named Whisper (Weimaraner) and having nothing to do with the tracks. There was a ridge at one time, but needed to move all the dirt from one end of the project to the other for drainage reasons, so no more ridge. But, all of the lots bordering the tracks sold first.
