Since inception, Fresh Start has served over186 scholars. The graduates are your nurses, teachers, social workers, dentalhygienists and accountants. They have a history of “paying it forward ” bygiving back to their communities long after graduation. Fresh Starthas awarded over $830,000 in scholarship funds to at risk Delaware womensince its inception. We provide one on one mentoring to all scholars.
