Philadelphia

On behalf of the Committee, it is our pleasure to

invite you to attend the Seventh Annual Mid-Atlantic

Regional Symposium at the Borgata Hotel Casino

and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Last year we welcomed over 300 attendees, and this

year’s Symposium promises to offer something for

everyone. The Conference kicks off on Wednesday

afternoon with a Networking and Luncheon event at

the fabulous Immersion Spa at The Borgata Water

Club. Arriving guests are invited to visit the Welcome

Hospitality Suite and Silent Auction benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Philadelphia & Susquehanna Valley. On

Wednesday evening, boost your spirits at the Financial Blues Buster Networking Event at Gypsy Bar.

Thursday’s agenda is filled with educational sessions including two outstanding keynote sessions. Beth Ann Bovino, Senior

Economist at Standard & Poor’s and co-author of the weekly Financial Notes and Weekly Economics Call, will open

Thursday’s educational sessions with her insights on the “State of the Economy”. During lunch, the Disney Institute will

present “Leading through Turbulent Times”. In this engaging session, you’ll learn proven business philosophies that

will provide creative ways to weather the economic climate and effectively meet the challenges of today’s business

environment. Afternoon panel presentations include “Boscov’s: A Case Study of a Successful Outcome in a Retail

Chapter 11” involving a panel of professionals who were involved in the case as well as an encore performance by the TMA

Players, “The Credit Bust: The Facts or Fiction behind the CLOs Collateral”. Top off Thursday evening with a Gala Cocktail

Reception at Mixx Nightclub and Dessert Soiree at mur.mur.

We will close the Conference with our golf outing on Friday. Join us at the four-star Harbor Pines Golf Club for a relaxing

morning networking with friends and colleagues.

We are most grateful to the Symposium Committee, who gave tirelessly to the development of our outstanding educational

program. Of course, the conference would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors, listed throughout

the brochure. We look forward to seeing you in Atlantic City!

Harbor Pines Golf Club is a world class, 4-star, daily fee golf course in southern New Jersey—just minutes south

of Atlantic City’s casinos and boardwalk. Rated best course conditions in South Jersey, Harbor Pines is everyone’s

favorite place to play.

The parkland-style course winds around the perimeter of a 520-acre heavily-wooded site providing undisturbed

enjoyment of each hole. Only the 1st, 9th and 18th holes provide parallel play as they intersect at the clubhouse.

The 12 strategically located ponds (17 acres of water) add picturesque charm to

the course. Only two ponds require a carry shot—most run laterally along the

fairways to heighten the challenge and the beauty of the course without

unfairly testing the average golfer.

After a relaxing day on the links, kick back and enjoy the spectacular

20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse along with Harbor Pines’ unequalled

personalized service.
