Proactive Measures to Prevent Discrimination

Affirmative Action & SBE Programs

– Develop and monitor the Affirmative Action Plan which includes: reviewing goals, and providing assistance and feedback to hiring managers for maximum effort at diversifying workforce.

– Implement programs and events for compliance with SBE/SBPP programs, especially for women and minority-owned business; create small business registries and provide assistance and feedback to purchasing managers and small/minority businesses.
