maintenance services both for cutting edge systems and for legacy technology. • Many customers have invested heavily into core systems based on older
technologies and replacement of these systems may be cost prohibitive. • Systems developed on older versions of Oracle Database and Oracle Forms may
be hard to maintain, improve and expand because of: potential lacks in documentation and understanding of the technical side of the legacy
systems; experts who developed and installed the systems are no longer available (retired or moved
on to new technology); junior staff is no longer familiar with the technologies used in the legacy systems and
cannot support them; front-ends and “user experience” of the legacy systems make them hard to integrate into

The Oracle Unified Method (OUM) is Oracle’s standards-based method that enables the entire Enterprise IT lifecycle. OUM provides an implementation approach that is rapid, broadly adaptive, and business-focused. iTree’s primary project management methodology is based on the Project Management Institutes PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Major projects are always assigned an experienced and PMP certified project manager from our own pool of resources. iTree’s IT Service Management System is based on ITIL v.3 and aligned with the requirements of ISO 20000. More than 60% of our service delivery employees are certified to at least the ITIL v3 Foundation level.
