The implementation usually takes less than two hours. We require that the firm’s technical contact install the pre-requisites in advance of the install meeting. The implementation session consists of the following steps:

• Checks that pre-requisites are properly installed• Installs Bellefield Connect Service • Configures and starts the Bellefield Connect Service • Tests bidirectional communications and enters few of test time entries• Trains iTimeKeep administrators on a) iTimeKeep configuration b) Management Portal

After the implementation is complete and new users are added, each new user will receive a user ID and password, and shortly after that they can start entering time via their mobile devices.

Our pricing model is transparent and all-inclusive. The app is free, so your firm only pays for the service. There is no minimum number of licenses, and you can add more at a later time.
