ITIL Foundation ITIL, an acronym for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a set of comprehensive practice, which is based on the major focus of aligning IT services with industry needs. The processes, tasks and checklists described by ITIL may be applied for forming integration and organizational strategies; for delivering values and maintaining competency.
