PRE-EXAMINATION PHASE

1. Nearest ITGK shall approach the ITI/ITCs or vice versa. ITGK coordinator will hand-over the course examination form to the examinees.

2. Examinees shall return duly filled up registration form to ITGK coordinator

3. ITGK coordinator will check the form and affix photograph of the learner on the form

5. ITGK representative will scan the form and complete the data entry through Biz Client

6. ITGK will print system generated Fee Receipt (through Biz Client) and hand over one copy of the same to the learner

4. Learners shall pay fee in Cash at the time of admission.Examination Fee-Rs. 150

7. ITGK will Submit learner report along-with consolidated DD and Fee receipts at DLC with a copy to concern ITI 9. RKCL shall reconcile the fee

amount

8. DLC (District Lead Center) Coordinator will confirm the learners through SOLAR DLC Login and send the fee amount to RKCL office, Jaipur.

10. ITGK coordinator will login and take printout of confirmed learners through SOLAR

EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION PHASE

11. ITGK will print the permission letter available on RKCL website few days before examination event and provide the same to learners

12. Course-end Online Examination shall be conducted by RKCL for Basic Computer Course.Examination Venue shall be same as training venue i.e. ITI/ITC premises or nearby ITGK.

11 (a) ITI/ITC shall provide the list of learners who have enrolled for RS-CIT course of RKCL on or after 01st Mar 2012 if any, along-with their Fee receipt/proof of admission

11 (b) RKCL shall directly process certificate printing for these learners; RS-CIT being a much more comprehensive course

13. RKCL shall provide Final certificate within one month from the exam completion date

12 (a) Failed learner will pay re-examination fee of Rs. 150

at ITGK

12 (b) ITGK will upload the re-examination fee

details on SOLAR

12(c) Learner will be re-examined in next examination event at nearest exam center
