Smith, Virginia Beach Acting City Manager, to Ms. Jennifer Mitchell, DRPT Director, and Ms. Emily Stock, DRPT Manager of Rail Planning, requesting assistance in ensuring that the Richmond/Hampton Roads Passenger Rail Project remains a priority for DRPT.
