Subject to the conditions set forth in the BasinPlan, Chapter 4, (Implementation) section entitledGuidelines for New Community and IndividualSewerage Facilities, and where systems are notconstructed within areas designated as Zone A asdefined by the California Department of HealthServices’ Drinking Water Source Assessment andProtection Program. This waiver applies until sixmonths after the State Water Resources ControlBoard adopts statewide criteria for on-sitedisposal systems pursuant to AB 885.
