INNOVATIVE ECM PROJECTS – 01-1st Time in India
Compared to conventional heat transfer fluid like water, Nano fluids have higher thermal conductivity.
Nano fluids are new class of advanced heat transfer fluids engineered by dispersing nanoparticles
Nano particles have high surface area between particles and fluids
Nano fluid when used with water in the ratio of 50:50 enhances the capacity of water to transfer heat. Thus making it more efficient in terms of energy consumption
Water in the closed loop between heat pump and heat exchanger get replaced with Nano fluid solution which resulted in better IKW/Ton of heat pump

POWER OPTIMISER
Working Principle:-
These modules develop a negative current from the adjacent phases(such as phase B-C and C-A into phase B)
This current is inserted into each phase by means of inducing currents through magnetic coupling of other phases
Coils inside the modules produce a negative current with a relatively large 120 cycle content
This results in a reduction of power consumption by 7-15% depending on circuit and load parameters

AGNISUMUKH GAS BURNER
Uniform heat without burning while retaining the moisture of the food ensuring tastier and healthier food.
Convention cum radiant heat which has far infrared rays capable of penetrating the tiniest water molecules and passing heat through them
A radiation with this frequency of energy converts molecule into tiny atoms and cooks with minimum gas pressure compared to the conventional gas burners
Flameless, smokeless, noiseless, odorless radiant heat device
No emission of carbon soot

BIOLOGICAL DRAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR EFFLUENT TREATMENT
BioAmp discharges active bacteria, the bacteria begin feeding and multiplying the instant they enter the waste water stream or drain system. BioAmp allows bacteria to become active during the growth cycle, enabling the bacteria to enter the waste water in an active state
Free-Flow bacteria will utilize the organic suspended solids as a food source and therefore reduce levels.
Free-Flow will decrease the total dissolved solids of the liquid effluent. The plant capacity and efficiency is improved.

Central Cooling and Circulation Energy Management Control System determines the building load through IBMS and various sensors
It calculate the building heat load and accordingly modulate the frequency of chiller plant VFD
Unlike a normal Centralized AC Plant, Heat Pump will simultaneously generate Hot Water along with Chilled Water. It utilizes the reject heat to generate the hot water.Saving Potential:-Heat Pump of 108TR will save up to Rs. 25 Lacs. per year through saving PNG which is used in boilers for hot water generation
The system helps to run the heat pump/chillers in optimum efficiency without any manual intervention.
It helps to maintain the minimum IKW/TR in chiller operation
This has further resulted in a saving of 2% in existing heat pump operation. Approx 3000 units
HYDROPATH
This is used in low-pressure steam line of laundry.
It protects the equipment's from limescale build-up and removes existing lime
scale.
It fits around pipes, is suitable for all types of pipe material and works
independent of flow rate.
Approx saving of 450SCM with improvement in machine performance

When the hot and cold mixer selecting knob is left in the middle position with both taps open. The cold water enters hot water line as the it is pumped at a higher pressure. This resulted in water getting mixed with hot water. Also causing the inconvenience to the guests and wastage of water and energy.
To rectify this , we modified the design of the diverter plunger by enlarging the hole on the spindle in shower mixer. Now though the knob is in the middle position the water still flow from the sprout and the user would necessarily have to close both hot and cold water traps
A total of 99 bathrooms have been retro engineered. This has resulted in a saving of 3% overall in hot water production and circulation pump load
Guest experience enhancement with Reduction in water and energy
Dry Cleaning machine:-
The Team has identified the Water Utilization process for Dry Cleaning Machine at Fabric are.
The Water is utilized in machine for Heat Exchanger cooling and Distillation process. It has been observed that the Water after utilization in cooling the machine heat exchanger and Distillation process is going to the drain and Dry-Cleaning Processthereafter to STP.
The Team has done the Brainstorming on this potential opportunity on Water Saving and decided to take the Input water to the machine by taking tapping from Chilled Water Line and Drain water pipe line is again connected back to the Chilled Water Line available at the Fabric are.
The impact on HVAC load was negligible Water Saving of 6.17 lacs litre It improves the machine performance by 7% Periodicity for oil replacement reduced to half

Wet waste ,if untreated and sent to landfills, releases methane which has a 20 times higher green house impact as compared to carbon dioxide. Efficient bio-methanation by the Bio-Urjaensures that almost all of the potential methane in the organic content of the wet waste is extracted and used as a fuel; either by the burners or the flaring unit instead of simply releasing it into the atmosphere , thus having a great positive carbon footprint impact
