• 2007 – 10 mai – Presidential Decree forwarding Agreement

• 2007 – 7 ago – put in force for a 5 year period.

Principles of the Agreement

(a) Mutual benefit based on an overall balance of advantages;

(b) Reciprocal Access to the activities of RTD undertaken by each party;

(c) Timely exchange of information which may affect cooperative activities;

(d) Appropriate protection of IPR .

• Minister Sérgio Rezende demands participation of ICT and assigns SEPIN to coordinate this action.

• A. Gadelha, Marylin Peixoto, Antenor e Michael Stanton goes to meet ISTAG in Brussels, in June 2009, to show capacity of Brazil to participate in FP-7 in the ICT area.
