Total Presort Solution If you are currently using addressing software to presort your larger mailings, the PresortXtra service is a great addition for your everyday mail.

You may qualify for big postal discounts.Qualifying Quantities: Daily Service: At least 400 pieces per day

Weekly/Monthly Service: At least 800 pieces per pick up with at least one pick up per month

On Call Service: Any mailing of at least 800 pieces per pickup. The customer calls the day prior to service.

Qualifying Mail Parameters:

• Mail must be dated for the next day

• Presorted First Class Inscription printed on the piece

• No Handwritten and/or International Mail

• Letter Size #9, #10, 6X9, #11 (Standard USPS

® Letter Sizes) less than ¼” thick

• No glossy material. White or light color mail only.

• Barcode zone is kept clear

FASTForward® Address Correction Service is included.
