Why Pizza Team ?

• Pizza is the most famous Italian food in the world.• Pizza is a round mixture of water, flour and yeast, on

which there is usually tomato, mozzarella and other optional ingredient, such as ham, mushrooms and olives.

• The first tracks of pizza date back to 997, in Naples. However, many kinds of flat bread have been produced by Egyptian, Greeks and Romans.

• We have chosen this name because we love “tagliatelle”. They are very very good !!

• Tagliatelle is a typical Italian pasta ! It is made with mixed flour, eggs and water.

You eat it with tomato gravy (“ragù”), or mushroom or fish gravy.
