The Emilia cooker range is specifically engineered for the Australian market, with the soul of its Italian heritage. The sizes, the oven functions, specifications and energy options are all uniquely adapted for how Australians like to cook.

Emilia 90cm and 80cm cookers have large capacity 116 litre ovens and, like the 60cm and 53cm cookers, are available either as full gas cookers or dual fuel with electric ovens.

The Emilia 70cm cooker has an Energy Selective oven. Developed in Australia, this oven allows the home chef to select the moist heat of gas for roasting meats and the dry heat of electricity for baking perfectly crisp pastries.
