The evolving and emerging role of technology and automation in the banking/ financial services sector is becoming increasingly complex. Increasing number of Banks/DFIs/Microfinance Banks are leveraging technology to offer innovative products, efficient services and venture into new business models, which, at the same time, gives rise to lot of risks to its stakeholders. To effectively cater to the risks of such emerging technologies, SBP has issued a comprehensive framework, “Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management Framework” in 2016. This workshop will help the participants to understand the core concepts/ contents of this framework, effective mechanism to implement it and the benefits, the organizations will achieve with the application of this framework. Anwer is an expert in Industrial Management as well as in Management Consultancy. He is a very senior professional, and member of various professional bodies like ICMAP, CMAF, PIPFA, PIIA, PSTD, PAP, FCTLS and The Indus and Entrepreneurs etc. He served different industrial groups as GM/Director/CEO for about 4 decades.
