CONCLUSION

The aim and objectives of the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) was achieved by way of participation in various tasks. This broadened my knowledge and equipped me for the challenges that I am likely to face in the work environment. The SIWES programme also bridged the gap between theory knowledge obtained in school and the actual practical.
