At ISTE 2015...

We asked.

You shared.

Together we envisioned.

#EnvisionEdu

How do we create engaged, confident students with math skills needed for success today and in the future?

“Helping students understand mathematical terms and having them explain their work in a different way rather than just looking for a right answer is helpful. We need to help teachers do this more effectively.”

Gay, Executive Director at

Krause Center of Innovation

What is the promise of a more personalized learning experience for students?

“Kids being able to collaborate and work together and being able to work with small groups or individuals and the face-to-face learning is my dream classroom. It makes it so I can connect individually with students.”

Meghan, Instructional

Coach

What does the future of learning look like for students?

“District leadership is helping teachers get data in a timely fashion so it’s usable and consistent. You never know what kids can do and when you give them all these tools, I think we’re all going to be amazed by what they accomplish.”

Kim,Supervisor of Literacy

“Technology gives opportunity for individualized instruction. It’s highly motivated and engaging and it’s part of students' world; that’s what students are used to and if you can connect and pull them in, but also provide that differentiation then it’s essential. What excites me the most is to see how excited children are, and differentiation is key. It’s at their level and it’s what they need on a daily basis.”

Anne,Assistant

Principal
