Dear Customers, In the last month, Emaar Pakistan has been driving progress on a number of fronts, as well as kicking off a few initiatives to improve our ability to serve existing and future customers. Our offices and Sales Center in Karachi is under renovation and we are currently operating out of a temporary office in Coral Towers, Crescent Bay Karachi (CBK). While we apologize for the inconvenience and informal space, this has provided a temporary advantage, allowing us to give even greater impetus to the seven towers under construction! Meanwhile in Islamabad, the Canyon Views Residential Plots are ahead of schedule and we will be handing these over to fully paid up owners from next month. Emaar Pakistan has brought onboard one of the world’s leading construction supervision firms, Hill International, for Pearl and Reef Towers. We have established a Facility Management Department in CBK which will, on the back of the sophisticated building management system in Coral Towers, provide residents with a global standard community management service. In terms of new developments, we plan to launch a new luxury lifestyle residential development in Canyon Views Islamabad very soon.

CRESCENT BAY,KARACHI - UPDATECoral TowersThe two towers comprising of 284 apartments and 39,884 sq ft of ground for floor retail consisting a total 11 shops are in the final stages of completion. Emaar Pakistan expects to handover these units by summer.

Towers I & II are moving rapidly ahead:• Structure works are ahead of schedule. The 19th Level

concrete slabs are under completion• Finishing works on 14 Floors are in progress. Design of the

mock-up apartment is under review• External façade works have been initiated between Floor

Levels 3 to 7

Tower III has progressed as well:

• Structure works are at the 7th Level

Pearl Towers

The two towers are advancing and work is currently at podium Level II.

Reef Towers

Temporary infrastructure has been established for Coral Towers, including a Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Supply Network and Electricity Generators. SSGC is in the process of establishing gas connections which should be in place by the time of handover of the project.

Long term infrastructure solutions being worked for water comprising of Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination plant, as well as for electricity, to be supplied by K-Electric.
