Предмет: Материјали за Билтенот за објавување на веб-страницата на

УКиМ

Согласно член 132, став 5 од Законот за високото образование („Сл. весник на РМ” бр. 35/2008, 103/2008, 26/2009, 83/2009, 115/2010, 17/2011, 51/2011 и 123/2012), на веб-страницата на Универзитетот „Св. Кирил и Методиј” во Скопје, од бројот 1059 од 15 август 2013 година, ќе се објавуваат рефератите за избор во наставно-научни, научни и соработнички звања, рецензиите за подобност на темата и оспособеноста на кандидатот за вршење научна работа, прегледите на одобрените докторски дисертации, прифатените магистерски и специјалистички теми, рецензиите на учебници и учебни помагала, како и рефератите за доделување на звањето почесен професор и титулата почесен доктор на Универзитетот „Св. Кирил и Методиј”. По објавување на материјалите на веб-страницата, факултетите и институтите за своите потреби, истите треба да ги отпечатат во материјална форма за да можат да ги достават на членовите на наставно-научниот, односно научниот совет. Поради тоа, потребно е сите материјали што се предвидени за објавување во Билтенот на Универзитетот, благовремено да ги доставувате во електронска форма.

Поради усогласеност и униформност на текстовите потребно е материјалите за објавување да се доставуваат како Microsoft Word 2003 документи во кои исклучиво ќе се користи системскиот фонт Georgia. Овој фонт содржи богато множество на кирилични (македонски, српски, руски), латинични (со различни видови на надредени знаци), грчки и други знаци. Варијанта на овој фонт со корегирани знаци во италик формата за македонските букви ‘д’, ‘п’, ‘т’, ‘г’ може да се добие во компјутерскиот центар на УКиМ на барање на факултетот. Исто така, таму може да се добие софтверско решение со кое може да се испрограмира тастатурата на персонален сметач кога работи под Windows XP оперативниот систем при притискање на копчето ‘`’ во македонска поддршка да се добие знакот ‘ѐ ’, а при притискање на копчето ‘~’ во македонска поддршка да се добие знакот ‘ѝ ’.

Поради запазување на роковите за објавување на материјалите во Билтенот, но и на веб-страницата, ве молиме, рефератите откако ќе бидат лекторирани, да ja доставите оригиналната верзија (лекторирана со потписите), а електронската верзија да ја доставите на e-mail адресата: [email protected] (so mali bukvi).

Неблаговремено доставените материјали и оние кои нема да бидат напишани согласно упатството нема да бидат објавени во тој број, туку ќе бидат поместени за објавување во наредниот број од Билтенот, односно откако ќе ја добиеме бараната верзија.

Врз основа на конкурсот на Универзитетот „Св. Кирил и Методиј“ во Скопје,

Машински факултет - Скопје, објавен во весниците „Утрински Весник“, „Вест“ и

„Коха“ на 28.10.2015 година, за избор на еден асистент - докторанд во научната

област производно машинство при Институтот за производно инженерство и

менаџмент, и врз основа на Одлуката на Наставно-научниот совет, бр. 02-2756/2,

На објавениот конкурс за избор на еден асистент - докторанд во научната

област производно машинство при Институтот за производно инженерство и

менаџмент, во предвидениот ро

I. БИОГРАФСКИ ПОДАТОЦИ

Кандидатот м-р Огнен Тутески е роден на 19.7.1989 година во Прилеп, Р.

Македонија. Средно образование завршил во гимназијата „Мирче Ацев“ во Прилеп

со континуиран одличен успех. На Машинскиот факултет во Скопје се запишал во

академската 2008/2009 година на студиската програма Производно инженерство.

Студиите ги завршил во предвидените рокови (240 ЕКТС) со просечен успех 10,00.

Дипломскиот труд го одбранил на 7.9.2012 година и се стекнал со стручен назив:

дипломиран универзитетски инженер по машинство.

За време на студиите на прв циклус, како резултат на високиот успех и

постигнатите резултати, м-р Огнен Тутески бил добитник на повеќе награди,

пофалници и признанија меѓу кои и:

• ПОФАЛНИЦА за најдобар студент, кој во текот на студиите од првата

студиска година (академска 2008/09) постигнал одличен успех (10,00).

• ПОФАЛНИЦА за најдобар дипломиран студент, кој во текот на

додипломските академски студии постигнал одличен успех (10,00).

• ДИПЛОМСКА НАГРАДА од Фондацијата „Проф. д-р Димитар

СТАМБОЛИЕВ“ за најдобар дипломиран студент во редовен рок, со

највисок успех 10,00.

• ПОФАЛНИЦА од Универзитетот „Св. Кирил и Методиј“ во Скопје, за

најдобар студент кој во академската 2011/12 година дипломирал со

највисок среден успех (10,00) во рамките на редовните рокови утврдени со

Статутот на УКИМ.

• ПРИЗНАНИЕ ИНЖЕНЕРСКИ ПРСТЕН за најдобар дипломиран

студент на Машинскиот факултет во Скопје за академската 2011/2012

година.

Во академската 2012/2013 се запишал на втор циклус студии на Машинскиот

факултет, „Универзитет Св. Кирил и Методиј“ - Скопје. Студиите ги завршил на

студиската програма производно инженерство (60 ЕКТС) со просечен успех 10,00.

Магистерскиот труд под наслов „Интегриран систем за автоматско генерирање на

геометрија на алат за вбризгување пластични маси“ го одбранил на 8.7.2014 година

и се стекнал со научен назив: магистер по технички науки од областа на

машинството.

Во академската 2014/2015 година се запишал на трет циклус - докторски

студии на студиската програма машинство, Машински факултет, „Универзитет Св.

Кирил и Методиј“ - Скопје. Моментално е на втора студиска година од докторските

студии и ги реализира предвидените обврски согласно со наставната програма.

Кандидатот м-р Огнен Тутески континуирано продолжил да ги надградува и

проширува своите знаења од областа на производното машинство, како резултат на

што се стекнал и со неколку професионални сертификати, и тоа:

• SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design – Professional

• SOLIDWORKS Advanced Sheet Metal – Professional

• SOLIDWORKS Advanced Mold Tools – Professional

• SOLIDWORKS Advanced Drawing Tools – Professional

М-р Огнен Тутески активно го познава англискиот јазик (Cambridge ESOL Level

3 Certificate in ESOL International (Level C2)) а солидно се користи и со германскиот

јазик. Исто така, кандидатот поседува компјутерски вештини и има одлични

понавања од:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• SolidWorks

• AutoCAD

• Autodesk Inventor

II. НАСТАВНО-ОБРАЗОВНА ДЕЈНОСТ

Од академската 2009/2010 година, м-р Огнен Тутески е ангажиран како

демонстратор, односно помошник-соработник во реализирањето на практичната

настава за група наставни дисциплини на Институтот за механика и Институтот за

производно инженерство и менаџмент и тоа: јакост 1, динамика, осцилации и

механизми, CAE, компјутерско моделирање на алати за пластични маси,

конструкција и експлоатација на металорезачки машини, производни технологии,

производни технологии со обликување, машинска обработка и производни

системи, технологија на брзи прототипови модели и алати, 3Д-инженерство,

компјутерско моделирање на процеси со обликување, алати за пластична

деформација.

Од академската 2015/2016 е ангажиран и како координатор за ЕКТС на

Машинскиот факултет.

III. НАУЧНОИСТРАЖУВАЧКА РАБОТА

Кандидатот м-р Огнен Тутески за рецензирање достави 2 труда:

Анализа на трудовите:

1. Во овој труд е прикажан метод, кој земајќи ја предвид геометријата на еден

пластичен дел детерминира фактори на комплексност за одделните алатни

сегменти кои го дефинираат гнездото на алатот за инјекционо вбризгување.

Имплементацијата на овој пристап дава можност за развивање на математичка

зависност помеѓу геометријата на пластичниот дел и времето неопходно за

изработка на алатот за инјекционо вбризгување, сѐ со цел добивање на прецизна

проценка за целокупните трошоци поврзани со неговото производство.

2. Овој труд дава преглед на компјутерски потпомогнат експертски систем за

калкулација на времето за изработка и цената на чинење на алати за инјекционо

вбризгување. Во него е прикажана структурата на еден ваков систем базиран врз

систематизирано знаење, како и опциите на бета-верзијата на софтверот во кој се

имплементирани функциите неопходни за подготовка на понуди за изработка на

секој одделен систем на еден алат за инјекционо вбризгување.

ЗАКЛУЧОК И ПРЕДЛОГ

Врз основа на доставената документација, како и личното познавање на

кандидатот, Рецензентската комисија смета дека станува збор за исклучително

квалитетна и одговорна личност. М-р Огнен Тутески, во текот на целокупната

едукација на Машинскиот факултет во Скопје (прв и втор циклус на студии),

континуирано покажува висок успех во студиите, кои ги завршува со највисока

просечна оценка - 10,00. Како резултат на тоа е добитник на повеќе награди,

пофалници и признанија. Моментално е студент на трет циклус - докторски студии

на студиската програма машинство (втора година) и со успех ги реализира

предвидените обврски согласно со наставната програма.

Напоредно со тоа, тој веќе неколку години е вклучен во наставно-образовниот

процес како демонстратор, односно помошник за реализирање на практичната

настава за група наставни дисциплини на Институтот за механика и Институтот за

производно инженерство и менаџмент. Во реализирањето на своите обврски, м-р

Огнен Тутески покажува висок степен на одговорност, исполнителност и

професионалност, што укажува на голем потенцијал да се профилира во квалитетен

млад кадар на Машинскиот факултет. Моментално е ангажиран и како координатор

за ЕКТС на Машинскиот факултет.

Врз основа на гореизнесеното, Комисијата има чест и задоволство да му

предложи на Наставно-научниот совет на Машинскиот факултет во Скопје, м-р

Огнен Тутески да биде избран за асистент-докторанд во научната област

Производно машинство.

SELECTION OF THREE PROFESSORS IN ALL ACADEMIC AND SCIENTIFIC

TITLES FOR THE SUBJECTS GYNECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS ON

THE MEDICAL FACULTY IN SKOPJE

Based on the competition at the University,, St. Cyril and Methodius "Faculty of Medicine,

published in the newspaper “Utrinski Vesnik,, ,, Dnevnik "and ,, Koha" on 03.10.2015, the election

of three professors in all academic and scientific titles in the subject Gynecology and Obstetrics

based on the decision of the teaching council no. 02-5108 /30 taken on the XIII regular meeting

held on 10.11.2015, the established review committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Vesna Kesic, prof. Dr.

Slavjanka Popovska, Professor. Dr. Zlatan Dzikov, PhD. Dr Betty Zafirova Ivanovska and Assoc.

Dr. Oliver Stankov.

As members of the review committee, after a review of the submitted documentation we

submit the following:

REPORT

On the announced competition for election of three professors in all educational and scientific

vocations of the course in gynecology and obstetrics, within this deadline As. Dr. Goran Dimitrov,

as. Dr. Marija Hadzi Lega and Dr. Gligor Tofoski have applied.

I. Teach.Asist. Dr Goran Dimitrov

1. BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION AND EDUCATION

The candidate Dr. Dimitrov Goran was born on 05.06.1963 in Kocani. He completed

secondary education in Skopje. He achieved higher education at the Medical Faculty in Skopje

and graduated on 18.03.1989 with average mark 9.19.

The candidate speaks fluent English, Spanish and German language.

In the period from 1997 to 1998 he enrolled the second cycle (Master's) studies at the

Medical Faculty in Skopje. The candidate completed the studies with average mark 9.99. On

20.11.2002 he presented the master thesis on the topic: Epidemiological risk factors in on

cervical neoplasia appearance (CIN).

He presented the doctoral dissertation on the topic: Postoperative risk of the cancer

precursor lesions in the throat uterine, presented on 07.10.2014, in the presence of the

Commission: 1. Prof. Dr Slavejko Sapunov 2. Prof. Dr Jorgo Babushku, 3.Prof. Dr Neli

Basheska 4. Prof. Dr Vesna Kesik and 5 Prof. Dr. Nikola Orovcanec, thus obtaining the

scientific degree Doctor of science from the scientific field of gynaecology and obstetrics.

In 1999 he was elected as an assistant on the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics

at the Medical Faculty in Skopje from the scientific field of gynaecology and obstetrics.

At the moment he is an assistant at the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics. The

last report for the election is published in Bulletin 938 in 2008.

The Commission took into consideration the total scientific, professional, pedagogical and

other achievements of the candidate from the beginning of his career, published in the Bulletin

no. 733/99; 823/03; 870/05 and 938/08, as well as the total scientific, professional,

pedagogical and other achievements of the candidate from the last selection to the date of the

application on the basis of the whole set of documentation that was provided which is of great

importance for the election process.

2. SCIENTIFIC, PEDAGOGICAL AND OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE

CANDIDATE IN THE PAST UNTILL THE DATE OF APPLICATION

Teaching and educational activities

As part of the teaching and educational activities on UKIM, Faculty of Medicine, the

candidate Dr Goran Dimitrov performs practical trainings, exercises and consultations on the

first cycle studies at the study program of General Medicine.

The candidate was a mentor on special papers publication.

Scientific and research activities

Dr Goran Dimitrov has published a total of 132 scientific papers from the domain of

Gynaecology - obstetrical area of which 3 research effort in scientific journals with impact

factor (a factor of influence), 15 papers in international scientific journals, 69 papers in

international scientific publications and 45 papers in scientific gatherings.

Dr Goran Dimitrov is the author and co-author on special chapters in books within the

area of expertise.

Professional applicative activity and activity of a greater interest

Dr Goran Dimitrov is being actively included in professional applicative working at the

Clinic for gynaecology and obstetrics at division of Operational gynaecology 2 as Head of the

Department.

He also participated in the introduction of the new public health methods in the field of

health institutions (CO2 laser surgery in the genital lower tract) August 2002.

Professional upgrade abroad by a method of student residence up to 3 months in:

1. University La Sapienza, Policlinico Umberto Primo, First clinic for gynaecology and

obstetrics Rome, Italy, 1993;

2. University Clinic for gynaecology and obstetrics, Mother's home - Sofia, Bulgaria, 1995;

Spain, 1997;

4. University of Istanbul, Gynaecology - Obstetrics Capa, Istanbul, Turkey 2014 ,

Stay abroad of 3 months:

1. Georg August University, the University Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic, Göttingen,

Germany, 2000.

The individual activity the candidate portrays in the activities of a greater interest. He is

being very proactive within the expert committees.

He is also member of the Commission for preparation of the Action Plan for cervical

screening among women in the Republic of Macedonia, br.08-15092 / 1 on 13.10.2008, the

Ministry of Health of the RM.

Evaluation of self-evaluation

As a candidate Dr Goran Dimitrov, scored positive assessment of the conducted

anonymous survey of students at the Medical Faculty (2011/2012 winter semester grade 5,

2011/12 summer semester grade 5, 2012/13 winter semester grade 5, 2014 winter semester

achieved 8, 44, 2014, the summer semester 9.94 and for this year, the winter semester mark

is 9.99)

1.Biography and education

The candidate dr Marija Hadzi Lega was born on 12.05.1973 in Stip. Finished highschool in Stip in

1991.During her primary and secondary school she was the best student in her generation. She won many

prizes in both the republic and in the federation(Yugoslavia) in the field of chemistry, biology and

mathematics. She received her medical degree at the Medical faculty in Skopje (1991-1997).Graduated in

1997 with an average grade of 9,7.

The candidate is fluent in English,,Serbian and Croatian

In the year 2011/2012 she entered the program for subspecilization in Perinatology at the medical

university in Skopje and finished it in 2014.She received the title Subspecialist in Perinatology.

In the year 2010/2011 she enrolled in the third cycle (doctoral) studies at the Medical University

in Nis, Republic of Serbia in the study program medicine with 180(onehudredandeighty) credits .She

finished her doctoral studies in November 2014 with an average grade of 9,94.

D-r Marija Hadzi Lega actively works and contributes at the department of Pathologic

and High-risk pregnancy as chief of the department. She does academic expertise in the

outpatient clinic for fetal screenings and supervision. From August 2012 she was appointed as

Director of the University Clinic for Gynecology and obstetrics.

D-r Marija Hadzi Lega is a representative from Macedoina in the Society of perinatal

medicine in South Eastern Europe. She is also a scientific member of the same society. She is a

managing member of the Macedonian society of perinatal medicine.

D-r Marija Hadzi Lega is an independent expert in the European commission for

European exploring and innovation.

III. Dr. Gligor Tofoski

Background information and education

Candidate Dr. Tofoski Gligor was born on 07.06.1972, in Skopje. He completed secondary

education in Skopje in 1986. Higher education acquired at the Medical Faculty in Skopje on

07.10.1996 and graduated on 10.07.1998 year, with an average grade 9.60.

The candidate actively uses English, Serbian and Croatian language.

In the academic year 1998 he enrolled in the second cycle (master) studies on the Faculty

of Medicine and completed the studies on 29.11.2008 with an average grade 10. On 29.11.2009he

presented his master thesis on "Comparative analysis of hysterosalpin geography and

hysteroskopy in detection of intrauterine malformations.

His doctoral dissertation was presented on 22.12.2011 at the Medical Faculty in Skopje on

the theme : "The impact of hysteroskopic metroplastics on reproductive outcome in patients with

congenital malformations of the uterus" completed on 20.01.2015 in front of the Commission

consisted of Prof. Dr. Slavejko Sapunov, Prof. Dr. Marjan Stojovski , Prof. Dr. Popovska Slavjanka,

Prof. Dr. Vesna Antovska and Prof. Konstandina Korneti-Pekevski, thus obtained a doctoral

degree in science from a scientific importance of the domain of gynecology and obstetrics.

On 01.06.2000 he was elected as an assistant professor of Medicine in the field of

gynecology and obstetrics.

The review committee took into consideration the overall scientific, professional,

pedagogical and other achievements of the candidate from the beginning of his career, published

in the Bulletin number 742 and 834 as well as the total scientific, professional, pedagogical and

other achievements of the candidate from the last election until the date of the application on the

basis of all submitted documentation relevant to the selection.

On 01.06.2000 he was elected assistant professor of Medicine in the field of gynecology

and obstetrics.

Within the educational activity of UKIM, the candidate Dr. Tofoski Gligor performed and

took (classes, tutorials, field work, etc.) within the first cycle of the study program on the Faculty

of Medicine in Skopje.

The candidate is actively involved in the education of the trainees of the Department of

Gynecology and Obstetrics and the Department of Family Medicine.

The candidate is the author of peer-reviewed handbook entitled "Handbook of counseling

on sexual and reproductive health and a participant in classes and workshops in schools, where

he worked as an lecturer at the 16 schools and workshops, and an active participant in 24

workshops in the field of medicine.

Scientific and research activities

Dr. Gligor Tofoski has published 68 scientific papers in gynecology and obstetrics area out

of which 4 scientific papers in journals with impact factor (impact factor), 7 papers in

international journals, 24 papers in international scientific publications and 33 works in

collections of scientific gatherings.Dr. Gligor Tofoski has held 7 plenary lectures on various

scientific and professional domestic and among folk gatherings.

Professional and applied activities as well as activities of general interest

Dr. Gligor Tofoski is actively involved in expert-applicative work of the University Clinic

of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Department of Infertility and Assisted Reproduction. He actively

participated in the introduction of two new methods: transfer of previously frozen human

embryos and laparoscopic ovarian suspension.

Candidate Dr. Gligor Tofoski co-authored a book in the field of family planning, "Manual

for training providers in the field of primary health care"; and co-author of the manual of filling

obstetric history and the history of the newborn. He is the author of two booklets: "Standards for

safe abortion" and "Medical abortion". He is also a coordinator in the preparation of curricula in

family planning for family doctors. He also translated two books in the field of gynecology and

obstetrics.

Candidate Dr. Gligor Tofoski achieved expert activities as part of a team in order to

evaluate emergency obstetric and neonatal care in maternity hospitals in Macedonia, the

evaluation team planning of the training of health workers on family planning, part of the

commissions for expert supervision over the work of health facilities, and the preparation of a

national strategy for dealing with sexual and reproductive health in times of crisis.

Vocational training abroad earned by study visits for up to 3 months: University Clinical

Center in Geneva, Switzerland in 1999; University Clinical Center in Groningen, Netherlands,

2000, Thomas Jefferson University, Pennsylvania, USA, 2000.

The candidate shows particular interest of wide range of activities. He is actively involved

in the work of expert committees and working groups at the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics,

such as the Commission on Accreditation of the University Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics,

the Working Group for review procedures of the DRG and the Working Group for the preparation

of the State Center reproductive health.

Dr. Gligor Tofoski is an accredited manager of internal auditor for ISO 9001 quality

standards, and authorized external evaluator of the Agency for Quality and Accreditation of

Health Institutions in Macedonia. He is also member of the Commission of the Medical Chamber

as an accredited examiner for the period 2014-2016.

Dr. Tofoski Gligor is also a member of the editorial board of two scientific journals and

editor of the Proceedings of the 3 Congresses of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Macedonia.

Member of the Organizing Committee of the Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (1998,

2003 and 2013), the organizing committee of the Congress of Southeast European Medical Forum

and the International Scientific Congress on SSMM.

He received the Diploma of Gratitude and Macedonian Medical Association.

Based on the overall submitted documentation and personal knowledge of the candidates,

the Review Committee has positively evaluated and assessed the educational, research and

professional-application activity, as well as the broader interest activity of the Teach. Assist.

and Methodius " in Skopje, and fulfill all the conditions to be elected to the title ASSOCIATE

PROFESSOR OF GYNECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS.

As mentioned above, the Commission has the honor to propose to the Academic Council

of the Faculty of Medicine that, Teach. Asst. Dr. Goran Dimitrov, Junior. Assist. Dr.

Maria Hadji-Lega and Dr. Gligor Tofoski should be elected to the title ASSOCIATE
