ISOKINGTM complete glass wool production lines employing latest-generation technology to manufactur

e boards, rolled blankets and pipes for residential and industrial thermal and acoustic insulation needs, i

n compliance with the top international standards (EN, DIN, ASTM).

At the system HOT END, the raw materials are dosed, mixed, melted, fiberized, impregnated with a spec

ial binder and formed into a primitive mat of very fine fiber glass. Continuous conveyors transport the ma

t to the COLD END of the plant for binder polymerization. The product is then cut to shape and packed fo

r shipping.

ISOKINGTM glass wool production lines range from 5 to 700 tons/day capacity (100,000 to 1,500,000 ton

s/year), and are fully automated thanks to PLC and Scada systems.

All ISOKINGTM lines comply with the latest international environmental regulations.
